We at Middle Spoon strive to create a unique experience, whether in a board room or a home kitchen. We strive to create what catering really should be - whatever it is that you as the customer want it to be.
The goal is to work with our customers and provide them with a custom menu and as much or as little involvement as they wish. We can take the guesswork out altogether, or are happy with going back and forth and creating custom, creative flavors for the event. We are able to simply deliver trays, or provide set up and break down, with chef on-site service. It is what you want to make of it.
